Yes, we have automatic package renewal.
To enable auto-renewal, you need to turn on the toggle switch next to the name of the current package.
How it works:
- If you have enough money in your balance, a new package will be added on the last day of the current package's validity with the same duration as the package being renewed and the auto-renew button remains on for the future package;
- If there isn't enough money in your balance, the renewal system waits for 7 days. If the balance is topped up with an adequate amount during this period, the package is renewed according to point 1. If no top-up happens within 7 days, auto-renewal is switched off.
Attention! The package is renewed for the same duration as the current package on which you enable auto-renewal. Therefore, if you enable auto-renewal on a monthly package purchased in February 2026 (its duration is 28 days), all packages added as an automatic renewal will have a duration of 28 days. Keep this in mind when enabling auto-renewal.
To enable automatic package renewal for their sub-users, a dealer can choose where to debit the funds from for the package renewal
Selection options:
Off (1) - automatic package renewal is disabled;
Renew from user balance (2) - debit the funds for the package renewal from the sub-user's balance;
Renew from my balance (3) - debit the funds for the package renewal from the dealer's balance.
