Yes, we have auto-renewal of packages.
To enable auto-renewal, toggle the switch to the right of the active package name.
How it works:
- If there is enough money on your balance, then on the last day of the package validity, a new package of the same duration as the renewed package is added, and the auto-renewal button stays enabled on the future package;
- If there is not enough money on the balance, the renewal system waits 7 days; if during this period the balance is replenished with a sufficient amount, the package is renewed under the conditions of point 1; if there is no replenishment within 7 days, auto-renewal is turned off.
Attention! The package is renewed for the same term as the current package on which you enable auto-renewal. So if you enable auto-renewal on a monthly package purchased in February 2026 (its duration is 28 days), all packages added as automatic renewals will have a duration of 28 days. Keep this in mind when enabling auto-renewal.
The package is not renewed for the same price as the renewed package! If during the validity of the renewed package its cost changed, then the package renewal will be at the new price. Keep this in mind when replenishing your balance for package auto-renewal—check if its price has changed.
To enable auto-renewal of packages for their subusers, the dealer can choose from where to withdraw funds for the package renewal
choice options:
Off (1) - auto-renewal of the package is off;
Renew from user balance (2) - deduct funds for package renewal from the subuser's balance;
Renew from my balance (3) - deduct funds for package renewal from the dealer's balance.
