If you need to send a private message to one of the users in the chat, find this user in the chat and click on their avatar or username.
If you click on the username, it will be copied to the beginning of your message, click on it there one more time.
All users have an avatar icon, even if you have not specifically filled in this field, the messenger system will assign it to you.
On the right side of the chat window, a window with information about the selected user will open.
In which you need to click the Send message button (on the smartphone Personal message).

in which you can send a private message to a selected user and receive responses from them.
Only you and the user you selected will see these messages.
Sometimes situations occur when you receive a reply from a selected user, but you cannot read it because it contains some unclear information. In this case, exit the chat and enter again, everything should normalize.
