If your card's payment isn't going through, try creating virtual cards from other banks. We are not aware of any banks that charge for creating their own virtual card, but in most cases creating a virtual card is free. If you are not residing in Russia and if your card's payment isn't going through, try using your wife's/parents'/brother's/sister's card, if their cards are from another bank or another card from the same bank as yours, and if it still doesn't go through, try creating virtual cards from other banks.

- Payment went through. If anyone else from Belarus has any payment questions, you can suggest trying via the MTBank virtual card (Onliner Clever card).
- Payment via Maestro belkard, Mastercard, VISA and MIR from Belarusbank goes through perfectly via b2pay.
- The payment went through immediately from Alpha-Bank via b2pay.
- A proven method of payment from Belarus is via AnyPay.io or Freekassa, then via y-money. You can top up y-money through ERIP (commission for topping up y-money - 4% to the rate of the National Bank).
Ukraine
- one of the users could not pay through one of the payment aggregators with a bank card, as it turned out he was entering the name and surname from the card incorrectly, or rather correctly, but in a different letter case (lower/upper), as soon as he entered the data in accordance with the card, the payment went through.
