If the payment does not go through with your card, try creating virtual cards from other banks. We do not know if there are banks that charge for creating their virtual card, but mostly creating a virtual card is free. If you live outside Russia and your card payment does not go through, try using the card of your wife/parents/brother/sister, if their cards are from another bank or another card of the same bank as yours, and if it still does not go through, try creating virtual cards from other banks.

- One of the users could not pay through one of the payment aggregators with a bank card; it turned out he entered the first and last name incorrectly, or rather correctly but in a different letter case (lowercase/uppercase). As soon as he entered the details exactly as on the card, the payment went through.
- Payment from a Monobank card went through immediately via b2pay.
- Payment with a Mastercard from PrivatBank is processed via b2pay (specifically Mastercard).
