The Google Pay payment option is provided in the b2pay payment aggregator.

You start the payment in your personal account, select the payment aggregator b2pay, look for Google Pay payment method in the opened form, and press the Proceed to payment button(1)
In the opened window, read the terms of payment and click the Continue button(2)
or the Choose another way button, if you do not agree with the conditions.
Next, enter your Google email(3) and hit the Continue button(4).
In the opened window, read the payment instructions from b2pay and make your payment(5).
Do not close the b2pay payment window(s) until the payment amount is credited to your balance.
