Team Player is the proprietary IPTV player of TV.TEAM. It does not require playlist input — channels are loaded automatically after authorization via code.

¶ Installation on Android TV / Fire Stick / set-top boxes
Team Player is installed via an APK file.
Method 1 — via Downloader App (recommended for Fire Stick):
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store
- Open Downloader and enter the code: 4081919
- Or enter the link: aftv.news/4081919
- The file will be downloaded — click Install
Method 2 — via USB flash drive:
- Download the Team Player APK file from the tv.team website (section "Connected Devices" in the personal account)
- Copy the file to a USB flash drive
- Insert the flash drive into the device
- Open the file manager and find the APK on the flash drive
- Click Install
Method 3 — download directly on the device:
- Open the browser on Android TV / set-top box
- Log in to your personal account on the tv.team website
- In the "Connected Devices" section, click Download APK
- Install the downloaded file
In device settings, allow installation from unknown sources: Settings → Security → Unknown sources
- Install the Media Station X app from your TV's store
- Open Media Station X
- In settings, add the server address: teamplay.city
- Detailed instructions: 5.9 Media Station X
Team Player does not use a login and password. Login is done through a 6-digit code:
- Open Team Player on your device — a code entry field will appear on the screen
- Log in to your personal account on the tv.team website from a phone or computer
- Go to the "Connected Devices" section
- Click "Get player login code"
- Enter the received 6-digit code in the Team Player on the device
- Channels will be loaded automatically — you can watch
No need to enter a playlist — Team Player connects directly to the TV.TEAM server.
¶ Main interface elements
- Channels are grouped by categories (countries, sports, cinema, children, etc.)
- Switching between groups — left/right arrows
- Channel switch — up/down arrows
- Search — press the search button or use voice input
- Press the EPG button or OK on the remote control during viewing
- A grid of broadcasts with current and future programs is displayed
- You can search for shows by name
- Long press on the channel → Add to favorites
- The "Favorites" group will appear first in the list
¶ Archive and rewind
Team Player supports viewing of missed programs:
- Open the TV guide (EPG)
- Select a past program
- Click Watch from archive
Also available:
- Pause live — pause and continue later
- Rewind — rewind backwards in live broadcast
- Bookmarks — if you leave an archived program, the next time you enter, the player will offer "Continue from 12:34"
- In the TV guide, select a program
- Click Record
- The recording is saved on a USB storage device or SD card
You can also download past programs from the archive.
For recording, connect a USB storage device to the device.
Open Settings → Video:
- Decoder — auto (recommended), hardware or software (FFmpeg)
- Frame rate matching (AFR) — automatically adjusts the screen frequency to the stream
- Decoder for individual channels — if a channel doesn't work correctly, you can set a separate decoder for it
Open Settings → Audio:
- Stereo — standard output
- Multichannel — for AV receivers
- Passthrough — Dolby/DTS direct transmission to receiver
- Audio track (language) selection — press the audio button while watching
- Normal — starts via notification when the device is turned on
- Launcher — the player starts instead of the home screen
- Open Settings → Parental control
- Set a PIN code
- Select channels to block
How does Team Player differ from TiviMate / IPTV Smarters?
Team Player is TV.TEAM's own development. There is no need to input a playlist and purchase a separate player license. Login by code — channels appear immediately.
Do I need to pay for Team Player separately?
No. Team Player is free and is included in the TV.TEAM subscription.
Where can I get the login code?
In your personal account on the tv.team website → "Connected Devices" section → "Get player login code".
Channels are not loading after entering the code.
Check the internet connection. Try to get a new code. If that doesn't help — contact support.
