Team Player is the proprietary IPTV player of TV.TEAM. It does not require entering a playlist — channels load automatically after authorization via a code.

¶ Installation on Android TV / Fire Stick / Set-top Boxes
Team Player is installed through an APK file.
Method 1 — via Downloader App (recommended for Fire Stick):
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store (for Fire Stick) or Google Play
- Open Downloader and enter code: 3335217
- Or enter the link: aftv.news/3335217
- The file will download — press Install
Method 2 — via USB flash drive:
- Download the Team Player APK file from the tv.team website (section “TeamPlay” in your account)
- Copy the file to a USB flash drive
- Insert the flash drive into the device
- Open the file manager and find the APK on the flash drive
- Press Install
Method 3 — direct download on the device:
- Open the browser on Android TV / set-top box
- Go to your account on the tv.team site
- In the “TeamPlay” section, click Download APK
- Install the downloaded file
In device settings, allow installation from unknown sources: Settings → Security → Unknown Sources
- Install the Media Station X application from your TV’s store
- Open Media Station X
- Add the server address in settings: teamplay.city
- Detailed instructions: 5.9 Media Station X
Team Player does not use login and password. Login is performed via a 6-digit code:
- Open Team Player on your device — a code input field will appear on screen
- Enter your personal account on the tv.team website from your phone or computer
- Go to the “TeamPlay” section
- Press the “Player Code” button
- Enter the 6-digit code you got into Team Player on your device
- Channels will load automatically — you can start watching
You do not need to enter a playlist — Team Player connects directly to TV.TEAM’s server.
If you need to unlink (remove) a device, you can do it in your personal account in the TeamPlay section by clicking Disconnect next to the desired device.
¶ Main Interface Elements
- Channels are grouped by categories (countries, sports, movies, kids, etc.)
- Switch between groups — left/right arrows
- Switch channels — up/down arrows
- Search — press the search button or use voice input
- Press the EPG button or OK on the remote during viewing
- Displays the broadcast grid with current and upcoming programs
- You can search for programs by name
- Long press on a channel → Add to Favorites
- The “Favorites” group will appear first in the list
¶ Archive and Rewind
Team Player supports viewing missed broadcasts:
- Open the TV program (EPG)
- Select a past program
- Press Watch from Archive
Also available:
- Pause Live TV — pause and continue later
- Rewind — rewind live broadcast backward
- Bookmarks — if you exit an archived program, next time the player will offer “Continue at 12:34”
- In the TV program, select a show
- Press Record
- The recording is saved on a USB drive or SD card
It is also possible to download already past shows from the archive.
For recording, connect a USB drive to your device.
Open Settings → Video:
- Decoder — auto (recommended), hardware, or software (FFmpeg)
- Adaptive Frame Rate (AFR) — automatically adjusts the display refresh rate to the stream
- Decoder for individual channels — if a channel doesn’t work properly, you can assign a separate decoder to it
Open Settings → Audio:
- Stereo — standard output
- Multichannel — for AV receivers
- Passthrough — pass Dolby/DTS directly to receiver
- Audio track selection (language) — press the audio button while watching
- Normal — launch via notification at device startup
- Launcher — player launches instead of the home screen
- Open Settings → Parental Control
- Set a PIN code
- Select channels to block
How is Team Player different from TiviMate / IPTV Smarters?
Team Player is a proprietary development by TV.TEAM. No need to enter playlists or purchase a separate player license. Login by code — channels appear immediately.
Do I need to pay separately for Team Player?
No. Team Player is free and included in TV.TEAM subscription.
Where do I get the login code?
In your personal cabinet on the tv.team website → “TeamPlay” section → “Player Code”.
Channels do not load after entering the code.
Check your internet connection. Try to get a new code. If it doesn’t help, contact support.
