Team Player is TV.TEAM’s branded IPTV player. It doesn’t require playlist input — channels load automatically after code-based authorization.

¶ Installation on Android TV / Fire Stick / TV Boxes
Team Player installs via APK file.
Method 1 — via Downloader App (recommended for Fire Stick):
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store (for Fire Stick) or Google Play
- Open Downloader and enter code: 4081919
- Or enter link: aftv.news/4081919
- The file will download — press Install
Method 2 — via USB flash drive:
- Download Team Player APK file from the tv.team website (section “TeamPlay” in your personal account)
- Copy the file to a USB flash drive
- Insert the flash drive into the device
- Open a file manager and locate the APK on the flash drive
- Press Install
Method 3 — download directly on the device:
- Open the browser on your Android TV / box
- Go to your personal account on tv.team
- In the “TeamPlay” section press Download APK
- Install the downloaded file
In the device settings, allow installation from unknown sources: Settings → Security → Unknown sources
- Install the Media Station X app from your TV’s app store
- Open Media Station X
- In settings add the server address: teamplay.city
- Detailed instructions: 5.9 Media Station X
Team Player doesn’t use login and password. Login is done via a 6-digit code:
- Open Team Player on your device — a code input field appears on the screen
- Log into your personal account on tv.team via phone or computer
- Go to the “TeamPlay” section
- Press the “Player Code” button
- Enter the received 6-digit code into Team Player on your device
- Channels load automatically — you can watch
No need to enter a playlist — Team Player connects directly to the TV.TEAM server.
If you need to unlink (remove) a device, do this in your personal account in the TeamPlay section by clicking Disconnect next to the device.
¶ Main Interface Elements
- Channels are grouped by categories (countries, sports, movies, kids, etc.)
- Switch between groups — left/right arrows
- Switch channels — up/down arrows
- Search — press the search button or use voice input
- Press the EPG button or OK on the remote while watching
- A broadcast grid with current and upcoming programs is shown
- Programs can be searched by name
- Long press on a channel → Add to favorites
- The “Favorites” group appears first in the list
¶ Archive and Rewind
Team Player supports watching missed programs:
- Open the TV guide (EPG)
- Select a past program
- Press Watch from Archive
Also available:
- Pause live TV — pause and continue later
- Rewind — rewind live broadcast backwards
- Bookmarks — if you exit an archived program, on next entry player offers “Continue from 12:34”
- Choose a program in the TV guide
- Press Record
- Recording is saved to a USB drive or SD card
It is also possible to download already aired programs from the archive.
For recording, connect a USB drive to the device.
Open Settings → Video:
- Decoder — auto (recommended), hardware, or software (FFmpeg)
- Adaptive Frame Rate (AFR) — automatically adjusts screen refresh rate to the stream
- Decoder per channel — if a channel works incorrectly, you can specify a separate decoder for it
Open Settings → Audio:
- Stereo — standard output
- Multichannel — for AV receivers
- Passthrough — sends Dolby/DTS directly to the receiver
- Audio track selection (language) — press the audio button while watching
- Standard — launch via notification on device startup
- Launcher — player runs instead of the home screen
- Open Settings → Parental Control
- Set a PIN code
- Select channels to block
How is Team Player different from TiviMate / IPTV Smarters?
Team Player is TV.TEAM’s own development. No need to enter a playlist or buy a separate player license. Login by code — channels appear immediately.
Do I need to pay for Team Player separately?
No. Team Player is free and included in the TV.TEAM subscription.
Where to get the login code?
In your personal account on tv.team → “TeamPlay” section → “Player Code”.
Channels don’t load after entering the code.
Check your internet connection. Try to get a new code. If it does not help — contact support.
