You can change the number of permitted viewing devices independently in your personal account in the Packages(1) section by clicking the Change(2) button.
In the window that appears, you need to select the required number of devices(3).
The transition to the next window happens automatically. In this window, you are provided with financial information(4) about the operation of changing the number of devices.
and you are suggested to click the Change(5) button.
Confirm the action with the Confirm(6) button.
A banner that appears in the upper right corner of the office informing you of the successful change in the number of devices and you will see that the number of devices has changed.
Here, for example, financial information is shown for reducing the number of devices.
Attention! When increasing the number of devices, the necessary amount must be on your balance. Otherwise, you will get a message like this
Dealers can also change the number of devices for their sub-users. To do this, go to the Subusers(1) section, select a user(2) and click the button with the number of devices(3).
The money to pay for increasing the number of devices will be debited from the dealer's balance and returned to his balance when reducing the number of devices.
It is not possible to increase the number of devices on free packages.
