There is no need to top up your sub-user's balance to purchase a package, the funds for this will be debited from your balance. However, if you made such a mistake and transferred funds to your sub-user's balance, that's okay, you can withdraw the money from their balance without leaving your account.
Go to your sub-user's page (how to do this is described in the previous instruction "How to buy a package for your sub-user?"), navigate to the Transfers (1)
and click the Withdraw Money button (2).
A window will open where you need to specify:
3) the amount to be withdrawn;
4) the reason for the money transfer (memory can fail, and this record will remain, so it will be easy to remember why you took his money), for example, "Sent by mistake";
5) after filling in the information, click the Debit funds button and the specified amount will be transferred from your sub-user's balance to your balance.
If your sub-user wants to use Hourly usage, they need money on their balance. You can send it from your balance.
Go to your sub-user's page, navigate to the Transfers section (1)
and click the Send Transfer button (2).
In the window that opens
3) enter the required amount;
4) write the purpose of the transfer, it is not obligatory, but it is better to write it so as not to remember why you sent money to this user;
5) click the Send Transfer button.
As a result of these actions, the specified amount will be debited from your balance and appear on your sub-user's balance.
