You don't need to go to your sub-user's dashboard to manage your sub-users; all necessary actions (package purchase, password or token change, playlist download, or copying the playlist address (link)) can be done from your personal account (PA).
You should keep in mind that purchasing a package for your sub-user is paid for from your balance, so you don't need to top up your sub-user's balance.
However, there is a situation when a sub-user's balance must have funds. It happens when you choose the Time-based payment scheme for your sub-user. Even in this case, you don't need to top up the sub-user's balance; you can transfer funds to them via internal transfer from your balance.
So, how to buy a package for your sub-user?
You check if you have enough funds on your balance, if not, you top it up. In your PA, go to the Users section(1), find the user you need and click on their login(2).
This will open the selected user's page
which is almost a copy of their personal account.
Go to the Packages section(3) and click on the Buy package button(4).
Next, you buy a package according to the instructions from our FAQ.
5) Choose a package.
6) If necessary, choose an optional package.
7) Choose the period of the package for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months (1 month by default).
8) Alternatively, set the duration of the package by changing the start or end dates of the package.
9) Click on the Check and Buy button.
For example, in the screenshot
the Russia package with an additional Sport option is selected for 3 days, from October 4, 2025 to October 6, 2025.
The package will start working immediately after the purchase.
You can't stop the package yourself, only by contacting the support through your personal account or our chat.
If you made a mistake and sent money to purchase a package to the sub-user's balance, it's not a problem, you can easily get them back to your balance.
