No worries, you can add these optional packages yourself.
Go to the Packages(1) section in your personal account and click on the name(2) of the package you've purchased.
A window will open where you can purchase the optional package you need,
by ticking the corresponding box, in the screenshot the optional package Sport(4) is selected for addition, and the optional package For Adults(3) is not selected.
After selecting the option, click the Buy selected options(5) button.
Your balance must have the necessary amount of money. The package's term is automatically set the same as for the main package, it cannot be changed.
As a result, a window will appear confirming the purchase of the option and the name of the option you purchased will be added to the name of the package.
After purchasing options, you need to refresh the playlist in the player, and if an option with adult channels (For Adults) was added, then before refreshing the playlist in the player, you need to enable the export of these channels to the playlist (it is disabled by default).
You cannot stop the options separately, only together with the main package.
