For example BlueStacks, you can install any player for Android on it. But you need a good computer.

Is not a full-fledged player. It runs from the personal account.
For viewing, use any modern browser: IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera. Start the player from your personal account, not with a link. Keep in mind that your system/browsers may lack the necessary audio and video codecs, so channels may not open at all, or there will be only sound, and no video (or vice versa).
