Firstly, you should top up your balance in your personal account.
Sign in to your personal account with your registered account (login/password), navigate to the Payments section(1) and click on Top Up (2).
Enter the required amount(3) and open the drop-down list of payment aggregators(4).
In box (5), the payment amount will be displayed, that is, the amount that you need to pay (it includes the payment amount you entered and the payment aggregator's fee).
Choose a payment aggregator (payment method), for example, in the screenshot below, the Pally СБР payment aggregator is selected. On the same page, a window with the total payment amount(5) will appear, which consists of the top-up amount and the aggregator's commission.
Press the button Top Up Balance(6).

Check all payment details again
and press the button Top Up Balance(7).
A banner window will open, where you are offered to familiarize yourself with the payment information(8) and agree with it by marking the corresponding place of the window(9) or you can refuse if you do not like the terms of the service. Read these conditions carefully and if you agree, press the button TOP UP(10).
After that, a payment form from the aggregator will open, where you continue with the payment according to the rules and terms of the payment aggregator.
Each aggregator has its own payment form. The main thing is to comply with the conditions of the payment aggregator (they are usually indicated on the payment form page) and indicate the exact amount that the aggregator indicated on this page. If you need to change the amount, close this form and start a new payment by opening a new form with a different amount.
After completing the payment, the amount that you indicated in the "Top-up Amount" box should appear on your balance in your personal account within the specified period. If the money has not appeared on your balance during this time, you need to familiarize yourself with this guide and act according to the information in it.
The balance has been topped up, you can proceed to the action of purchasing/renewing a channel package (or subscribing to a package of channels).
Further actions depend on the payment scheme you choose.
If you choose the Time-based payment scheme, you don't need to do anything else. Take the playlist for your player, set up the player and watch the channels of the VIP - All Channels package.
If you chose the Prepaid payment scheme, in your personal account you need to go to the Packages section (1) and click the Buy Package button (2)
A window for choosing the main package(1), optional Sport and For Adults packages(2), button for the package period 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months(3), dates of the beginning and end of the package(4) and the button for buying the package(5) will open.
The Russia package is set by default, you can change the selection by going to the drop-down menu and clicking on the package you need. You can also select optional packages: adult and sports, by checking the appropriate box.
The start and end dates of the package are also set automatically, the beginning of the package is set to the day of purchase, the end of the package is set one month later (the default package period is equal to 1 month). You can change these dates. The labels 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months - these are buttons that automatically set the required package period.
In the example below, the Russia package with the Sport optional package for a period of 2 days is selected for purchase.
After all confirmations, the purchased package will be displayed in your personal account in the Packages->Active section.
There are some nuances with dates:
I liked the service and I decided to renew my package. In the example below, on the same day, the Russia package is being purchased, its start date has automatically been set to 02.10.2025, because I purchased a trial current package until 01.10.2025 (inclusive).
Discounts of 2.5%, 5% and 10% apply to packages for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, respectively.
The purchased package-renewal will be displayed in your personal cabinet in the Packages->Future section.
It will also be displayed in the Packages->All packages section, but all your active and completed packages will be displayed there as well.
We don't have automatic renewals of channel package subscriptions. To renew your subscription, you must manually purchase a package for the next period. The playlist or the link to it does not change;
it is not necessary to purchase a package only when the current package ends (or on its end date). In order not to have interruptions in viewing, purchase a package in advance - a day, three, a week, etc.
After purchasing a package, you need to take the required playlist in the Playlists section and set up your player.
