To purchase a package, you need money on your balance, so first of all, you need to top up your balance in your personal account.
If you have funds on your balance and there is enough to purchase a package, you can proceed directly to buying the package.
Log into your personal account with a registered account (login/password), go to the Payments section(1) and click Top Up(2).
Enter the required amount(3) and open the dropdown list of payment aggregators(4).
Choose a payment aggregator (payment method), for example, in the screenshot below the Pally SBP payment aggregator is selected. On the same page, a window will appear with the amount to be paid(5), which consists of the top-up amount and the aggregator's commission.
Click the Top Up Balance button(6).

Once again, check all the payment details
and click the Top Up Balance button(7).
A window-banner will open where you are invited to familiarize yourself with the information(8) about the payment and agree to it by ticking the appropriate box(9) or refuse if you do not accept the service conditions. Please read these terms carefully and if you agree, click the TOP UP button(10).
After this, you will open a payment form from the aggregator, where you continue the payment according to the rules and conditions of the payment aggregator.
Each aggregator has its own payment form. The main thing is to comply with the conditions of the payment aggregator (they are usually specified on the payment form page) and indicate the exact amount that the aggregator specified on this page. If you need to change the amount, close this form and start a new payment by opening a new form with a different amount.
After the payment is completed, the amount you specified in the "Top-up Amount" box should appear on your balance in your personal account within the specified time. If the money has not appeared on your balance during this time, you need to familiarize yourself with this guide and act according to the information in it.
The balance is topped up, you can proceed to buy/renew a package of channels (or subscribe to a package of channels).
Further actions depend on the payment scheme you have chosen.
If you have chosen the Time-based payment scheme, you don't need to do anything further. Take the playlist for your player, set up the player and watch the channels of the VIP - All Channels package.
If you have chosen the Prepayment payment scheme, you need to go to the Packages section(1) in your personal account and click the Buy Package button(2)
By default, the VIP - All Channels package (all service channels) is set, you can change the choice by entering the drop-down list and clicking on the package you need. You can also choose the optional Sport package by ticking the appropriate box.

The start and end dates of the package are set automatically, the start of the package on the day of purchase, the end of the package in 1 month (the default package term is 1 month). You can change these dates. The inscriptions 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months are buttons that allow you to automatically set the desired package term.
In the example below, the Russia package has been set for purchase with the optional Sport package for a term of 1 month
After all confirmations, the purchased package will be displayed in your personal account in the Packages->Active section
There are some nuances with dates:
1) if you extend the current package and choose a package with the same name as the current package, then the start date of the new package will be automatically set for the day after the end of the current package, and the package duration will be set for 1 month;
2) if you decide to change the package and buy a new one (with a different name) in advance, then the system does not see that your previous package has not yet ended and will set the start date of the new package to the day of purchase, so you need to correct this date yourself by setting it to the day after the end of the current package and select the required package duration with the duration buttons.
I liked the service and I decided to extend my package. In the example below, on the same day, the Russia package is purchased, its start date is automatically set to 02.10.2025, since I bought the trial current package until 01.10.2025 (inclusive)
For packages with a duration of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, discounts of 2.5%, 5% and 10% apply respectively.
The purchased package-renewal will be displayed in your personal account in the Packages->Future section
it will also be displayed in the Packages -> All Packages section, but there will be displayed all your current and completed packages.
If you buy a package with an insufficient balance, the following window will open
in which you will see the package name(1), package term(2), your current balance and how much funds are missing to buy the selected package(3), only the Check and Buy button is replaced by the Buy When Topped Up(4) button.
By clicking on the Buy When Topped Up button, a window to top up the missing funds will open
in which you will see the top-up amount(1), you must choose the payment aggregator/method of top-up(2) and how much you will need to pay(3)
after choosing the payment aggregator, the payment amount(5) will appear and by clicking the Top Up Balance button(6) you will go directly to topping up the balance in the payment aggregator.
If you close this top-up window, the info about the postponed package purchase Deferred Orders will appear in the Packages section of your personal account
this information will be present until you:
- top up your balance with a sufficient amount to buy a package;
- close this window (cross on the right);
- the package term expires.
After purchasing a package, you need to take the required playlist in the Playlist section and set up your player.
