There can be various types of buffering and it can occur for several reasons:
- you do not have an active package or it has ended - check the existence of the purchased package and its dates;
- you entered the link to the playlist with an error, check the correctness of the link entry, especially the token;
- any change in the playlist - changing the server, changing the token, buying a package, switching to timed or back - requires updating the playlist in the player;
- your internet does not have access to the server that you have selected in your personal account - perform a speed test and choose the appropriate server;
- you received a 10-minute ban on an extra device for violating the number of channels viewed simultaneously - disconnect the extra device;
- you received a technical channel ban.
Technical channel ban:
If you were on one channel for more than 8 hours continuously, you will receive a technical channel ban. To remove it - switch to any channel and, if necessary, return to the channel where you were banned.
To avoid such ban, during credits or commercials switch to another channel and the 8-hour countdown will start again.
