It may occur for several reasons:
- you do not have a valid package or it has expired - check the availability of the purchased package and its dates;
- you entered a playlist link with an error, check the correctness of entering the link, especially the token;
- any changes in the playlist - changing the server, changing the token, buying a package, switching to timed or back - requires updating the playlist in the player;
- your internet does not have access to the server that you have selected in your account - do a speed test and choose a suitable server;
- you've received a 10-minute ban for violating the number of channels you're watching simultaneously;
- you've received a technical channel ban.
Technical channel ban
If you've been on one channel for more than 6 hours continuously, you receive a technical channel ban. To remove it, switch to 2 any channels, staying on each for 20 seconds, and, if needed, return to the channel which was banned.
To avoid such a ban, switch to a couple other channels during the credits or commercials, staying on each for 10-15 seconds and the 6-hour countdown will start over.
Later we will try to split test videos according to specific reasons, but for now it's common.
