I bought the wrong package, I wanted the Basic one but ended up buying the Russia package. What should I do now?
No worries, you don't even need to contact support now, as you can change the package yourself in your personal account. To do this, go to the Packages section and click on the name of the bought package, Russia(1)
In the opened window, click on the Change Package button (2)
A window will open, where you need to select a package(3), to which you want to change the Russia package. In my case, that's the Basic package(4)
In the opened window, you can add optional packages(5) to the new package and also see your financial calculations. Click on the Change Package button(6)
If an optional package was bought with the package you want to change, it will be disabled and the money will be returned. If you need this option in the new package, don't forget to choose it again.
Though there's nothing wrong if you forget to add an optional package, you can always do it following the instructions from our FAQ.

And we see that instead of the Russia package, the Basic package I needed appeared in my package list
Also in the History section in the Operation Log, a record of your package change will appear
After changing the package, you need to refresh the playlist in the player, and if the adult channels option (For Adults) was added, then before refreshing the playlist in the player, you need to enable these channels in the playlist (turned off by default).
If you do not have enough funds in your account balance to change the package, you will get this result
which means you need to top up your balance first, and then make the package change. This can occur if you want to change to a more expensive package or add an option.
Dealers also now have the ability to change the package for their subusers.
Moreover, all operations (refund for the old package and deduction for the new one) pass through the DEALER'S BALANCE!!!
