I bought the wrong package: wanted Basic but ended up buying the Russia package. What should I do now?
No worries, you don't even need to contact customer support now. You can change the package yourself in your personal account. To do this, go to the Packages section and click on the name of the purchased Russia package (1)
In the window that opens, click the Change package button (2)
A window will open where you need to select the package (3) to which you want to switch the Russia package. In my case, it's the Basic package (4)
In the window that opens, you can add optional packages (5) to your new package. You also see the financial calculations. Click on the Change package button (6)
If an optional package was purchased for the package you want to change, it will be deactivated with a refund. If you need this option in the new package, make sure to select it again.
If you forget to add an optional package, there's no big deal. You can always do it according to the instructions in our FAQ.
Check the terms of package change (7) and confirm the change by clicking on the Confirm Change button (8)
And see what exactly happened after changing the package - Russia package was replaced in my list of packages with the needed Basic package
Also, in the Journal section in the Operation Log, there will be an entry about your package change
After the package is changed, you need to refresh the playlist in the player, and if the "For Adults" option was added with adult channels, then before refreshing the playlist in the player, you need to enable the exporting of these channels to the playlist (by default it's off).
If you don't have enough balance to switch the package, you'll get a result like this
That means you need to top up the balance first, and then make the package change. This can happen if you want to switch to a more expensive package or add an option.
Dealers can now change the package for their sub-users.
Moreover, all operations (a refund for the old package and a charge for the new one) are made from the DEALER'S BALANCE!!!
