1) for more information on how to access the developer menu, you can check the internet using a search engine;
2) the computer and the TV must be on the same local network, i.e., connected to the internet in the same way - both via a cable or both via Wi-Fi;
3) press the buttons in this order 1-OK-2-OK-3-OK-4-OK-5-OK, i.e., after selecting a digital button, press OK, and the keys must be pressed quickly, without pauses.
