The number of concurrently viewed channels (sessions) is a multiple of two, i.e. you can only select an even "Number of allowed sessions" - 4, 6, 8, 10, etc. in your personal account (you cannot select 3, 5 or 9). By default, viewing of two sessions at the same time is allowed.
The cost calculation formula is - number of allowed sessions / 2 * base package cost (the base package cost is the default package cost (i.e. for 2 channels)).
The IP address doesn't matter, one viewing device can be in your city, and the other one on the other side of the globe, but in this case there will certainly be difficulties choosing the optimal server for different places.
Support advice:
If you have already bought a package (subscription), and then decided to increase the number of allowed sessions, the system will not allow you to do this. To change the "Number of allowed sessions" for simultaneous viewing, you need to stop the package through the service administration (by writing a message in the chat or to support via email) or wait for its expiration, change the number of sessions in the personal account settings, save and buy the package again. The cost of a package with a larger number of devices will be higher, for example a package for 4 sessions costs twice as much as for 2 sessions (for 6 it's 3 times as much, for 8 it's 4 times as much, etc.). Alternatively, without stopping the package, add a sub-user and buy a package for them, from the sub-user's playlist you can simultaneously watch another 2 channels on your other devices. The cost is the same, but the second option (with the addition of a sub-user) is more convenient - different packages can be connected, for example a package for TV in the nursery and packages for your TVs (may contain channels for adults). Or a package with the addition of an optional "Sport" package and a package without it.
The number of sessions (or channels) allowed for simultaneous viewing can be viewed in the personal account in the Home section.
in the Packages section.
You can select a different number of devices in the Settings(1) section.
you need to do this before buying a package.
No need to press any buttons to save changes, new field values are saved automatically. An information window appearing in the upper right corner informs you about the changes being saved
If you need to view, for example, five channels (sessions) simultaneously, then in the personal account settings you select 6 allowed sessions, save and purchase the package. You can watch not only 5 channels, but 6 simultaneously.
ATTENTION! The web player is also a viewing device and if you have a viewing started at home, someone from your family is watching at the cottage, and you also start a web view, then this will already be three simultaneously viewed channels (simultaneously opened sessions) and you will get a 10-minute viewing ban and an informational trailer will be played. You can see a message about this in the personal account in the "Journal-Work Log" section, and in the "Journal-Viewing Log" section you can see the sessions (channels) with which you had a violation.
Viewing will resume after 10 minutes, but if you do not correct the violation (do not remove viewing of excess channel(s)), then after a few minutes you will get a repeat ban and this will continue until the violation is eliminated.
ATTENTION! On many devices if the player is not turned off and at the same time the device is turned off with the remote control button in standby mode, the player remains working and if at the same time, thinking that you have viewing turned off on this device, start watching two more channels, you will get a ban.
Also, many devices have the property of switching to working mode when power is lost and reappears, so don't forget to completely de-energize such devices, leaving the house or the cottage for a long time.
