In the personal account, in the Home section, there is a Support Chat button that you can use to enter our chat and ask your question.
After clicking on the Support Chat button, a chat window will open in a separate window.
Pay attention to the list of chat rooms, they are for different problems or topics, try to write your questions in the appropriate rooms, I think it's clear from the room name what questions it is dedicated to.
Choosing the appropriate room will open the chat itself, its list of messages.
Don't rush to write your questions and problems immediately, don't think that your situation is unique, scroll up the chat page, read a few of the latest messages, you might just be writing your question under the answer to it, which is not welcome in any community.
When entering the chat, be sure to check the News (news) room, which publishes the latest news of the service.
The chat can be launched not only from the personal account. There are clients (applications) of this messenger for various devices. You can find them here.
Enter the chat using the login and password from your personal account, you will also need to specify our server matrix.tv.in or matrix.tv.team.
ATTENTION! If you do everything correctly but cannot enter the chat, and the system is complaining about the wrong login/password, then contact support through the personal account. They will check your problem and, if necessary, assist you in solving it.
