The process of getting the test is actually short and boils down to three points:
- Link your telegram to your tv.team account;
- Click the button to get the test that appears in your personal account;
- Choose the optimal server through the speed test of your internet to our servers.
First, return the number of devices to 2 and switch back to the prepayment payment scheme if you've changed any of it.
Otherwise the test will not be issued.
¶ 1) You need to link telegram to your account in your personal cabinet
To do this, in the SETTINGS section, click the Log in via Telegram button.
ATTENTION! If you don't see the Log in via Telegram button in your personal cabinet, then first try to refresh the page with the personal cabinet, and if that doesn't help, then disable the ad-blocker in the browser add-ons. If none of this helps, try changing your browser.
A window will appear, where you need to select your country from the dropdown menu (Russia is the default) and enter your phone number. Then press the NEXT button.
You'll receive a message in your telegram
You can close the window by clicking on the cross
and go to your telegram.
The message from telegram states that telegram has received a request to authorize your account on telegram at tv.team and offers to make a choice - to Reject or Accept this request. Since you are planning to get a free test, you need to accept this request.
So, the request is accepted, go back to your personal account, refresh the page and log back into your personal account. Go to the SETTINGS section again
and press the Log in as... button (instead of ... will be your telegram login).
¶ 2) A message will appear at the bottom left indicating that the telegram has been successfully linked to your account
This message will then disappear and information about the link, as well as UNLINK TELEGRAM and GET TEST buttons will appear instead.
Press the GET TEST button and the system will issue you a test package after a few seconds.
The test is given for a certain period of time which will be sufficient for testing the service. Some time - means 3 calendar days, do not confuse with the days, exactly 3 calendar days and if you took the test at 23:00 (MSK), then one hour of this day is also considered one of the calendar days of the test issued, i.e. in the given example the test will last two full days and 1 hour. Keep this in mind.
The test package is no different from the package purchased for money. If you decide to continue watching after the test period, then you do not need to change anything in the player, just buy a package and reload the player.
It is better to purchase the package in advance, as it is not necessary to buy a package only when the current package ends, to avoid interruptions in viewing, buy the package in advance - a day, three, a week, etc. If you are buying the same package, then the date of the package start will be automatically set the next day after the expiry of the current package and the package period will be automatically set for 1 month. If you are buying a different package, then the start date of the package must be set manually and, accordingly, the package period must be set manually, using the buttons 1month, 3months, 6months, and 12months. It is more profitable to buy packages for 3, 6 or 12 months, additional discounts of 2.5%, 5% and 10% are available respectively.

For testing, you are given a VIP package, therefore, if you continue to buy not this package, then in this case, the player needs to be restarted after the end of the test package to update the playlist.

¶ 3) After you received a 3-day package
You need to choose the optimal server by testing the speed of your internet to our servers, just follow the recommendations in the instructions, you're doing it for yourself, not for us:
a) You need to do the test with the viewing device, be it a TV or a console, i.e. with the device on which you have the player installed, by entering the link below in your device's browser;
b) You need to do the test when you are having viewing problems.

Restart your router by power, wait for its full load, launch the page through the link, check the speed by the "All servers" button to all servers and share the table of results in chat or choose the server by yourself according to the instructions 1.8 How to choose your server correctly?
If you are watching on 2, 3, 4 or more devices simultaneously, then the watching should be enabled on all of them while testing on a problematic device.
