The process of getting the test is actually short and comes down to two steps:
1) In your personal cabinet in the Packages section, click on the Get Test button;
2) Through testing your internet speed to our servers choose the optimal server.
After you sign up, go to your personal cabinet, go to the Packages section (1), and click the Get Test button (2)
The Get Test button will be replaced by the phrase You already have an active test (3) and in the list of packages, a VIP - All Channels package (4) valid for 3 days will appear.
The test is given for 3 calendar days, don't confuse it with 24-hour periods. If you took the test at 23:00 (Moscow time), then one hour of this day is also considered one of the calendar days of the issued test, i.e. in the given example the test will last for two full days and 1 hour. Keep this in mind.
The test package is no different from a package purchased for money. If after the test period you decide to continue watching, even if it is not the VIP - All Channels package, then you do not need to change anything in the player, just buy a package and refresh the playlist in the player.
It's better to buy a package in advance since you don't have to buy a package only when the current package ends to avoid interruptions in viewing, buy a package in advance - a day, three, a week, etc. If you are purchasing the same package, the package start date will be automatically set the next day after the end of the current package and the package period will automatically be set to 1 month. If you are buying a different package, you need to set the package start date yourself (since the start date of this package will automatically be set on the day of the package purchase) and, accordingly, set the package period yourself, this is served by the buttons 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
It is beneficial to buy packages for 3, 6 or 12 months, with additional discounts of 2.5%, 5% and 10% respectively.

For testing, you are given a VIP package, so if you continue to buy not this package afterwards, then in this case after the test package ends you need to refresh the playlist in the player.

If you do not have the Get Test button, then you either have already used our services (maybe under a different login), or you chose a time-based payment scheme, which is equivalent to having a package. Unfortunately, you cannot receive a free test. The free package is issued only automatically!
Dealers will also not be able to take the test for their clients, but you can buy them any package for 1-2 days.
After you have received the package for testing, you need to select the optimal server through a speed test of your internet to our servers, but you need to perform the test following the recommendations of the instructions - you are doing it for yourself, not for us:
a) the test should be done from the viewing device, whether it be a TV or a set-top box, i.e. from the device where the player is installed, by entering the link below in the browser of your device;
b) the test should be done when you are having problems with viewing.

If you are watching on 2, 3, 4 etc. devices at the same time, then all of them must be turned on while conducting the test on the problematic device.
